Having spent most of my adult life under the Colours in the British Army from being an infantry soldier to being an experienced PSYOPS Operator on 7 operational deployments has given me some awesome opportunities. I played a lot of rugby and my position was at scrum half, I ski telemark and have competed several times at the British Telemark Championships, I was a Hang Gliding Instructor, I played American Football for Milton Keynes Pioneers, I'm a reasonably experienced offshore sailor and have owned 3 boats, sailed to the Baltic and back also sailed around the UK with just the wife and Artie the Ship's cat. I spent my last 8 years in the Army as a Unit Welfare Officer for London Central Garrison and have taken part in all the Ceremonial duties in London during that time. Nowadays I'm retired and spend my time Podcasting and Vloging. My Series 3 is all about Ordinary People's Extraordinary Stories, the idea is to leave a legacy for future generations so they will know what life was like in our times, imagine if you died without telling your life story, it would be lost forever. My Everyday conversations regarding Mental Health every Thursday Live Stream is a chat about the stigma surrounding Mental Health from 7pm until 8.15pm GMT every week. If you would like to be a guest just contact me or you can just watch the show from a far. You can Check out his podcast on his website on YouTube

S2 E72: Darlene Greene: Navy Veteran Health Consultant -getting you out of pain, improving health, by activating your own stem cells with GHK-Cu

S2 E72: Darlene Greene: Navy Veteran Health Consultant -getting you out of pain, improving health, by activating your own stem cells with GHK-Cu

Darlene Greene - Health and GHK-CU and Stem Cell Activation Technology Consultant and retired US Navy Commander. Darlene Greene wants to help you take charge of your own health, get out of pain, improve your energy, increase the quality of your sleep, reduce systemic inflammation, increase mental clarity, improve your nervous system, lower your anxiety, enhance brain functioning, improve cardiovascular functioning, and elevate your GHK-Cu for a host of additional benefits to include increasing your own stem cells, producing growth factors, protect lungs, reset genes to their younger healthier state, repair damaged DNA, inhibit cancer, increase hair growth, improve skin, increase healing, accelerate wound healing, reduce Fibrinogen (top predictor of cardiovascular disease) and more... Having exhausted IV stem cells, hyperbaric chamber, ozone therapies and more to help her husband with his Early Alzheimer’s, she FINALLY discovered an affordable technology that dramatically improved his symptoms within the first week, without drugs, without a prescription, and without any contra-indications to other treatments or therapeutic modalities. After experiencing the amazing results for herself, and watching family and friends have their own miracles, Darlene is passionate about sharing this technology with the world. A driving force for her remains, “Why didn’t I know about this two years ago… where would my husband be if we had started using this technology two years ago…and who out there needs to know about this right now?” When an anesthesiologist says, “This is the most significant medical breakthrough in my lifetime…” and when over 300 Olympic Athletes use the technology in the 2008 Olympics, aren’t you curious as to what it could do for you in addition to making you look and feel younger? Darlene Greene has over 26 years of experience in executive leadership and senior management positions across diverse industries, including positions such as: Vice President of Strategic Technology Partner at McAfee (Intel), Dean of Culver Girls Academy, Director of Client Services for HyeTech Networks and Security, and Senior Director LifeWave Foundational Cell Activation Technology. During her 20 years of military experience, she earned her MBA and held three Commanding Officer positions, including serving as base commander and overseeing over 1200 personnel. Darlene created the Returning Warrior Weekend Workshop in 2006 to help military members and their spouses reintegrate successfully – a program still supporting military across the country today. Darlene’s passion today is helping people elevate their GHK-CU peptide to activate their stem cells, repair their DNA, reverse age, and get out of pain through the latest photo biomodulation technology. Learn more about Darlene and her product at her website.

S2 E71: Paul Zolman, Love languages What is Yours?

S2 E71: Paul Zolman, Love languages What is Yours?

Paul Zolman is the international bestselling author of the Role of Love, but the true author of love is God. In His wisdom, He placed us in a variety of circumstances that require us to find our way back to His pure love. So, what qualifies me to speak about love? My childhood experience of the opposite of love. From that austere beginning, and the distaste it formed inside me, I searched for and eventually created a method that transformed my life from anger to loving everyone. Growing up in a family of abuse, physical touch became my preferred love style, only because of the regularity. I could almost count on it. It was consistent. I came to think that was the way to express love. But deep inside, I knew that was a twisted belief. I wanted a better life for myself, which is why I created a paradigm shift that works. In this book, you’ll find what helped me move from a childhood boot camp of abuse to being a person who loves everyone and can find good about anyone in any circumstance. This is truly the role of love. I hope you join me. You can check out Paul's Website to purchase his Cube.

S2 E65: Lane Carlson Psychedelics Therapist

S2 E65: Lane Carlson Psychedelics Therapist

Lane Carlson is on a path to helping people get through trama. His bio has an impressive resume:

Lane Carlson: I believe we all have a path in life that's best aligned with our souls' mission and purpose and I’ve dedicated my life's work to discover that within myself and share this knowledge with others. I am a truth seeker and an explorer of medicines and practices that are helping people heal! I’m fascinated with stories of ancient practices, shamanistic medicines, new non-invasive gadgets, machines and devices that break systemic barriers to bring about healing to the mind, body and soul. I'm originally from Stillwater, MN and now live in Los Angeles working as a Psychedelic therapist and sound practitioner integrating transformational breathwork and meditation as well as a facilitation coach through my Holistic company SOULINE. I love the quote “People can only meet you as deeply as they’ve met themselves” and I stay true to this as I dedicate my practices to bettering myself with the understanding that our “Inner experience creates our outward reality” The better we feel on the inside, the better our relationships to ourself and others and the better experiences we will attract in our life overall. We are living in an interesting time and I believe more and more healers and practitioners are needed to step forward and start sharing their gifts to the world. I hold a master's degree in Spiritual Psychology and have spent the last decade discovering and facilitating healing through non-traditional medicines and practices that are making a difference in people's lives. I am the founder of WhatsYourMedicine.org and an advisor to Wake.net
