After following a strict vegetarian diet for the last 7 years, I decided to try something new and start eating animal protein. Listen in to hear about why I made the switch and how I'm feeling with the change.

At the end of 2023, I found myself sitting in a few sweat lodges. Each one, helping me to both release and surrender and empower myself as I stepped inside what felt like the fiery depths of hell.

We florists bring a lot of stuff with us to set up your wedding and event. I thought it would be insightful to create a list of venues with the easiest load-ins. I'm talking, we can pull the cargo van right up to the unloading doors and bring our stuff inside. If you are a venue that requires a ski lift ride up, or for us to park far, far away, you didn't make the list.

Please not that I only shared venues that I have personally worked at.

As I was journaling and reflecting on the past year, I compiled a list of my most valuable lessons that I learned. And now I want to share them with you! This practice has made me appreciate everything I went through in 2023 and makes me that much more excited to see what 2024 has in store for me.
