The Crown Chakra, also known as the seventh chakra, is located at the top of the head or slightly above – like a crown, radiating upward. Its location means it is closely linked to the brain and the nervous system. The crown chakra is not a destination or conclusion but a rebirth as we prepare for the continual unfolding of new experiences. A Functional crown Chakra will help you keep your mind focused on reprogramming the dysfunctional patterns of your thoughts and behavior.


When the crown chakra is too open, one may experience

  • Mood swings that are associated with episodes of mood swings ranging from depressive lows to manic highs
  • Confused sexual expression
  • Frustration
  • Sense of unrealized power

When the crown chakra is too blocked, one may experience the following:

  • Constantly exhausted
  • Can't make decisions
  • No sense of “belonging.”

The Emotional dysfunction of the crown chakra is Depression, obsessional thinking, and confusion.


The Physical dysfunction of the crown chakra is exhaustion, epilepsy, Alzheimer's, and sensitivity to pollution.


The Associated body parts of the crown chakra are the upper skull, cerebral cortex, and skin.


The Gland that connects to the crown chakra is the Pineal.


The Goal of the Crown chakra is Expanded Consciousness.

The throat chakra is important when it comes to creativity and self-expression. I usually find people with imbalances in chakra two have issues with chakra five ( the throat chakra). There are many reasons why people have a dysfunctional throat chakra, and in this blog, I will break down the five main reasons why. 

If you read the book Chakra Healing, you will learn we experience a different level of consciousness every seven years. From ages 28-35, we go through the consciousness of communication, which correlates to the throat chakra. Issues with the throat chakra can show up from childhood. 

The throat chakra Physical malfunctions:

  • Neck muscles 

  • Teeth

  • Mouth

  • Jaw

  •  Ears

  • Throat 

  • Voice

Traumas that can cause a dysfunctional throat chakra:

  • Lies

  • Mixed messages 

  • Excessive criticism

  • Secrets

  • Strict parents 

  • Numbed family, drugs/traumas/alcohol

The heart charka is one that we can see show up in others today due to our culture's obsession with power, attention, and engagement. The basic right of the heart chakra is to Love and BE LOVED; sadly, this chakra is easily damaged or wounded. Love is the energy that runs our lives; we can not live without it, yet the world cries out for it. As we make our journey toward the higher self, our relationships painfully expose us to how little we love ourselves.

In this podcast, we will dive deep into the power of the heart chakra, what causes imbalances with the heart chakra, where, when, and WHY these imbalances start, and the 5 action steps you can take today to balance the heart chakra.

Have you experienced heartbreak, betrayal, or lost a loved one from ages 21-28 years old? We experience the consciousness of love during this time. In order for us to be conscious of love, we have to know what a broken heart feels like. Everything has an opposite. In science, they call it polarity, which is when an entity contains two distinct and opposite poles that can either attract or repel each other. Love can not exist without an opposite which shows up as a broken heart or betrayal.

The more out of balance, a person becomes with their heart chakra, the more it shows up in the body. I often see people struggle with upper-cross syndrome, which is tight chest muscles, rounded shoulders, and a forward head, placing pressure on their neck and chest. This posture and body language creates a subconscious of “closing people off” or not being confident.

The fear of criticism itself can stop people from even trying. For those who do share their gifts with the world, be prepared for hate and criticism. When fear and criticism pop up, instead of reacting to it, break down the reason why someone is criticizing or hating you. You will start to realize that the people who are throwing this judgment your way are people who are not happy with themselves. They are projecting their fear, stress, and worry on you instead of putting in the work to heal and grow themselves.

How does one stay consistent, confident, and disciplined after facing failure time and time again? Have you ever come across a story via book, movie, or podcast where you asked how this person stuck to their mission in life? Are you upset or unsatisfied with your life regarding your goals or legacy? Or are you trying your best to accomplish your goals and dreams but struggling with fear and worry? If so, today I'm going to teach you one of the most powerful tools I have followed that guided me through the toughest times in my life and helped me become successful and accomplish every single goal and dream I aimed for.

It takes courage for a person to tell the world about their goals or dreams, one of the reasons why is that one of their fears we will face is the fear of criticism. This can be followed up with doubt and confidence issues. To make matters worse, if we don't accomplish our dream or goal on the first try, we become discouraged from trying again. I came up with a solution to this problem. After figuring out your dream in life ( Link podcast episode), make a life contract with that dream and sign it. This life contract is agreeing to never give up on your dream. You will either accomplish this dream no matter what or die trying.

You won't take no for an answer. You will learn how to figure out another way instead. When you train the mind this way, fear is not interested in bothering you. Fear only has an interest in those who are indecisive. Anytime you are unsure about what you want in life, you allow fear to creep in and create doubt and worry.

How controlling this ONE Thing Will Increase Your Income, Decrease Stress, Improve Your Mood and Weight, and Much More

After working with thousands of clients in the past five years, I’ve found most clients who struggle with weight, bloating, stress, or any dysfunction/ pain have one thing in common. After discovering this One thing, I’ve decided to create a coaching method called “ the 8-8-8 Rule.” The average human being needs about 8 hours of sleep a day to stay healthy and vital. They also have a job that takes 8 hours for a shift. The big question is, what are you doing on the remaining 8 hours?

The answer to that usually tells me why my client has issues. You see, the pattern that I discovered was people's root causes of their problems start with how they spend their time. What do you do on those remaining 8 hours? Whatever you do on these remaining 8 hours, you become. Most people find themselves spending those 8 hours spending more time at work, being a parent, scrolling on social media and watching tv, doing something for someone else, procrastination, finding ways to increase energy due to being tired and ill, and stressing about money and bad habits.

These are the most common patterns I see with clients. My goal from there is to help them get clear on what they want and refocus their priorities, core values, and time toward their goal. As you can see, the three biggest reasons people struggle with pain are that they don't have any goals or dreams, have no core values ( the ability to say no), and are always distracted. A life with no goals is one with no direction. If you don't have any goals or dreams, you won't have any reason to use your remaining 8 hours wisely.

No goal or dream leads to people using you to help build their dreams and goals. How? If you don't have a dream or goal, you won't stay consistent with protecting your 8 hours, and people will end up using up your 8 hours more than you do. Think about it, how many times did your employer or manager ask you to stay longer at work or ask for you to come in on your day off? If you don't have a clear goal or dream, you can end up overworking, using your remaining 8 hours towards your employer's dream.

Some of you will challenge me, saying you do extra work for extra pay. Be honest. How often have you spent more time at work or taking work home and not getting paid overtime? How many of you give your extra 8 hours daily to people, work, or entertainment? It’s time to take our time back, so we can heal and accomplish our goals and dreams.

Overcoming the subconscious programming of not feeling "enough" and following the hype to feel seen can be a challenging process, but there are steps you can take to work towards improving your self-esteem and finding more authentic and fulfilling ways of seeking validation.

One thing you can try is identifying the sources of your negative self-perception and questioning their validity. This may involve examining any negative messages or beliefs you have internalized from your past experiences and challenging them with evidence to the contrary. It can also be helpful to remind yourself of your strengths and accomplishments and to seek out supportive relationships with people who appreciate and value you for who you are.

Another thing you can try is focusing on your own values and goals rather than trying to conform to external standards or expectations. This may involve setting boundaries for yourself and finding ways to pursue activities and interests that are meaningful and fulfilling to you. It can also involve learning to accept and embrace your flaws and imperfections and to recognize that it's okay to be different from others.

It may also be helpful to seek support from a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor, who can help you work through these issues and develop coping strategies. With time and effort, you can learn to cultivate a more positive self-image and find more authentic and fulfilling ways of seeking validation.

7 Steps To Getting Back On Track After Failing

Clients usually beat themselves up after failing. The first thing most clients do is compare themselves to the "old version" of themselves. "I used to do/be this and that." This is a BIG mistake and makes you repeat the bad habits you have today. How to get back on track after failing?


1- First, you need to forget the old version of yourself. I understand you used to be a certain way, and you are no longer that person. Instead of obsessing over the old version of ourselves, we need to take a step forward and create an image of who we are becoming instead of who we used to be. If we make an image of who we want to become, we can avoid falling into the nasty cycle of repeating old habits and getting the same result. 


2- Forgiving ourselves, we all need to learn what works for us and what doesn't. For us to understand what success is, we need to experience failure. What makes us conscious of what success is, we need to experience the polarity of failing. Failing teaches us what didn't work and what not to do again. Failing helps us niche down to a routine and formula that gives us the best chances to succeed. 


3- Make a simple, organized plan: Take your time without overwhelming yourself by trying to do too much. This causes a "freeze" response. This response is more of doing nothing because there's too much on your plate and a lack of repetition toward the new you. A lack of repetition hinders your confidence and blocks your ability to create a new habit. 

4- Act as if you already have the goal that you want. Bob Proctor speaks about the power of your imagination and how the subconscious mind works. The mind doesn't have a preference for what to believe. Instead, it will believe anything you consistently think of. So start to use your imagination as if you already have the things you are aiming for. 

5- Be patient and persistent. Nothing happens overnight. Enjoy the journey. There are going to be highs and lows. When the lows come, use your wisdom of understanding that this will pass, but take advantage to see what you can learn during the low moments. 

6- Stay inspired. Find someone who is doing what you want to do. Successful people leave a trail of footsteps. The quote states, "Lives of great people remind us we can make our lives sublime and, departing, leave behind footprints in the sand of time."

7- You must believe: I want to remind you that faith and fear are invisible; one is generated by negativity, while the other is positive. You have the free will to believe either, but understand the mind only has space for one. So why not allow faith and belief to be our foundation? The reason has a significant effect on the body. The body responds to whatever the mind believes. In science, we call this the Placebo effect. This effect can help or hurt you. It can hurt you if you are consciously driven by fear, and it will help if you are always positive, even when things are hard.

6 Steps To Building A Unstoppable (BulletProof) Mindset

Are you ready to build your bulletproof mindset? A mindset that becomes unstoppable with being positive and disciplined in life.  This mindset will help you overcome any hardships you face in life and will help you accomplish the goals and dreams you set out for yourself. 

How to build a bulletproof mindset

Yesterday was a fantastic day. I got to talk on a podcast with my Idol, Paul Chek, for about 3 hours, then had more great convos over dinner with him. To be completely honest with you, there was something that bothered me with my experience. Everything I visioned did manifest the way I dreamed of except one thing...My weight A few months ago, I went on Social media and confessed to the world that  I had gained weight in the past two years. I was about ten percent body fat for three years; in 2017, I got up to 302 lbs but coached myself down to 205 lbs, nice and lean. I visioned myself spending yesterday with my mentor, lean, but that didn't happen. 

There are two things I can do about this. 

1- Beat myself up mentally and repeat the patterns that made me fat

 or

2- I can Use my imagination of what I want to look like and start taking steps to accomplish my goal

I had a flight that left San Diego at 10 pm last night, a redeye to JFK ( NYC). I got home around 8 am this morning, took a two-hour nap, and started my day editing content, emailing clients, meetings, and playing with my pups. It's 2:30 pm, and I can feel my mind telling me to go lay down and relax, to get comfortable, and to be satisfied in my life... But If I want to become the lean Nate, I must put the work in. I'm going to the gym, then go food shopping to make sure I eat the things that help me get lean. I'm going to do this if I feel like it or not. Don't allow the mind to play these little tricks on you. The subconscious mind does not like change. So when you start with a new goal/dream, you must use affirmations, imagination, and discipline to stay clear on what you want. 


This is part of building a BulletProof mindset. This helped me accomplish everything I set out for myself, and it will help you do the same.
