Marion Ellis is a charter surveyor, business owner, coach, member of RIC's Council, ambassador for Lionheart, B1G1 global partner, ADHD advocate, and a cheerleader for equal opportunities for women in surveying.

Marion Ellis was a charter surveyor with a background in defects and valuation claims, but was feeling frustrated and downbeat. After her burnout, she found herself questioning whether she was still a surveyor. She began a Women in Surveying project as a leadership project and found the female support she craved. She was also inspired to learn more about business and financial literacy, which helped her gain confidence and eventually led to her success. Through her journey, Marion learned the importance of having a strong support system and education in order to be successful.
