Let's dish on DEI, shall we? Is it dead? Do you care? We think it's a good idea to keep doing the work, even if we have to 'hide the broccoli'!
Host Rose Kaz asks if 'hiding the broccoli' in order to best present the beneficial parts of doing the work might be an effective tool to heal so that we can collectively see all people as humans.

This collective conversation looks closely at why this work is really just our human responsibility if we would like to build a more equal world.
As with all our podcast guests, this group of leaders' work does disrupt industry, particularly late stage capitalism that demands a head down, less conscious approach to being human. Their work touches the realms of money, sex & politics and that's why we are getting into on the MSP Pod!
Sandra, Kjell & Zhou bring an intersectional approach to their teaching and leadership styles to translate this important work world wide. They believe - as does LBI Digital- that a world that has more equity is a world where everyone gets more!
A recent headline proffered by another leader of a varying view point suggests that DEI is not only dead, but racist in it's intentions. We are refuting this and pointing to the ongoing need for this work to be foundational in both personal and business development.
What exactly is Diversity, Equity & Inclusion?
The wildly buzzy terms really just translate into all humans deserve respect and are entitled to the same access to resources so that equity is achieved.
And maybe we do need to 'hide the broccoli' of that mission so that we can continue to pour these foundations into the new builds of our cultures, at work and at home, even if we use other terms or routes to accomplish the equity.
Sandra, Kjell & Zhou want you to know DEI is NOT dead but is instead asking you to chew on its nutrients.

Meet Eleanor O'Brien, a wildly evocative & bold #industrydisruptor who is using her hot mic to spread the message of the great & powerful V!
Eleanor uses her platform of theater to educate and help spread cliteracy world wide. She believes - as does LBI Digital- that a world that has more empowered people with pussies is a world where everyone gets more!
Inspired from a skit she wrote called The Cult of Cunnilingus, Eleanor wrote & directed a group show -Sex We Can! - about living into the sexual future we believe is possible.
The response was great, and Eleanor wrote an entire show around another fan favorite - How to Really, Really? Really! Love a Woman!
As she toured that show for a handful of years she couldn't stop thinking about HOW we get there. This particular show takes place 10 years in the future, after the "Great Awakening", where the world makes a shift to honoring women instead of shaming & separating us.
Much of her professional work to date has lead Eleanor to create Plan V - the global movement to restore the Sacred Pussy to a place of reverence through pussy worship and genuine CLITERACY!
