Sustainable Kids Market 2024, on 25-26 May at Marina Square emerges as a groundbreaking catalyst for change — a first-of-its-kind community event committed to give every child a chance, despite circumstance or background

At the heart of this movement is the impactful KIDSforKIDS initiative, uniting children from across the nation to empower their less fortunate peers through the transformative power of the arts.

This unique event transforms every Singaporean into a fundraiser for the underprivileged, exemplifying the democratisation of philanthropy, where even the youngest individual becomes a giver and change-maker.

Give the underprivileged children living in Singapore’s public rental flats opportunities otherwise out of their reach by Decluttering & Donating till 30 Oct. More info at SustainableChristmas.sg

Declutter & Donate — Good for your personal space, and good for sustainability and good for your soul.

We all have items in our cabinets that are barely touched, some even unopened. Won’t it be great to clear out these items so that our homes, and minds, have more breathing space? Donate these preloved items in excellent or new condition, and they will be curated and sold at the 100% Impact Bazaar at the Sustainable Christmas Market on 11-12 November at South Beach.

The truth is that the most sustainable clothing are those in your wardrobe; and the second most sustainable clothing are those in someone else’s wardrobe. Thus by Decluttering and Donating, you can give neglected items a new lease of life with a new owner, instead of letting it collect dust in your wardrobe and end up in a landfill somewhere!

Lastly, what’s most amazing about Declutter & Donate is that 100% of the proceeds from the sales of the bazaar will aid the underprivileged children of Young Hearts by Singapore Red Cross and avail them support in education, mentorship and motivation to them, offering these children opportunities that are otherwise out of their reach.

The Art of Sustainable Living

Sustainable Christmas Market 2023 proudly showcases 'The Art of Sustainable Living,' defined by four key pillars – embracing a Sustainable Body & Mind, shaping a Sustainable Home, nurturing a Sustainable Generation, and savouring Sustainable Luxuries. At its core, it is based on a foundational vision of supporting the sustainability of Singapore's future peace and cohesion, in aid of Young Hearts 'Giving Every Child a Chance'.

The Declutter & Donate Campaign

Give the children living in Singapore’s public rental flats a chance at opportunities otherwise out of their reach by Decluttering & Donating from 15 September to 15 October.

Drop off your preloved items such as luxury, fashion, kids wear, children’s books and toys, in excellent or new condition at various convenient locations.

The donated items will be sold at the Sustainable Christmas Market happening on 11-12 Nov at South Beach. And 100% of proceeds from your donations will directly help these underprivileged children!

The Event

The event interweaves the vibrant threads of creativity and sustainability, to promote the culture of compassion for children from disadvantaged families. To encourage consumers to prepare for Christmas in an environmentally-conscious and socially-responsible manner while supporting those in need, the Sustainable Christmas Market will feature unique and sustainable homegrown vendors, a series of gifting and decor workshops for adults and children, Fit & Fab barre and yoga sessions, and many other exciting activities,

All of this is set in the midst of captivating performances by our children from the Peace of Art's KIDSforKIDS initiative, in which children from the community come together to support children-in-need with their artistic talents.

The Donations

100% of donations, as well as 100% of sales proceeds from the pre-loved charity bazaar, workshops, and Fit & Fab sessions directly aid the underprivileged children of the Young Hearts programme.
