Aria has volunteered and worked for some of the biggest rescue charities including the RSPCA and Battersea.

She has owned and run PAC Behaviour since 2018, working with both puppies and adult dogs. She is a qualified dog behaviourist with The Institute of Modern Dog Trainers. She is based in South Croydon but travels across South London.​

Nicola is registered disabled, and she has trained her own Rottweiler to be her medical service dog. Her dog will alert her if she is going to have a panic attack, amongst other incredible skills she can do. She was the first to teach a gluten alert in the UK. She is the author of the book "Your Service Dog and You, a Practical Guide" and she also trains IGP with her second Rottweiler.

Robert has worked in the veterinary profession for nearly 30 years, as a partner in an innovative small animal hospital group and as a locum. Alongside his role in day-to-day clinical medicine, Robert has also been very much involved in the management, communication, and education side of veterinary practice. During this time, he was directly involved in the conception and implementation of computerisation into the profession.
