Katie started this company after a bad day on her unit as an ICU nurse. Since that day in 2017, she has grown her medical spa from a single room to a 16,000 sq ft pink oasis. Sweet Tox’s space is not only uniquely fun, but it has become a community of empowerment and self-love. Welcome to Season 3 of The Limitless Podcast! This episode is so special to me because I’m bringing back my therapist, Laura Skinner to the podcast. Today we discuss common communication breakdowns in couples, how counseling can be helpful and what it means to work on healthy relationships with our partners. My Journey to therapy started on July 4th 2021 when I found myself feeling completely lost, eyes covered in tears on what started as a normal drive home from the grocery store…yes me…mrs positive, mrs go-getter, mrs tough girl.
