Hello my lovelies! This time we talked about Stones, gems, & Crystals! Crystals, gems and stones have been used by many cultures for millennia to help focus the mind and promote health. Some are best used for protection and others for cleansing. We also went over how to store and cleanse your stones – not all of them can be in the water and care should be taken to prevent over exposure to sunlight. What is your favorite stone?
