This Inner Child Meditation allows you to connect to parts of yourself in need of love, support, and healing. Inner Child work is an important part of our spiritual unfoldment and awakening. We must love, honor, and hold space for the parts of ourselves that need it.

This meditation guides you in this process and supports you to remember that you are worthy, loved, and enough.

As you listen, I invite you to affirm these declarations as your truth by whispering internally or yelling it out loud with exuberance, "YES, YES, YES! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!" between each statement. Really breath it in, embody these divine truths as your truth, allow it to sink in with your holy "Yes" and gratitude.

You can listen to this first thing in the morning, in the car, on a walk, while you fall asleep, or anytime a day you want to raise your frequency.

Welcome Beloved. This Confidence Activation is here to support you in connecting to your innate wholeness, to the place within you that is bursting with confidence. You will be invited to release all the things that are no longer serving you- beliefs, stories, feelings of shame, unworthiness, not good enough.

From this deep release, you are open to being filled with divine vitality, confidence, and love for yourself and for life. You remember the divine being that you are and you code that remembrance into every cell of your being. My hope for you is that you feel more alive, more full of love, and the most confident you have ever felt in who you are.
