I have taken some hard course in Engineering here at VT. These are three main courses and how it relates to the 7 C's of Leadership.

I wanted to call this episode Woo Wee Mama (instead of the famous "zoo wee mama") because I have taken the CliftonStrengths test and received 5 strenghts and personalities (which I will discuss in the podcast) - one of which was "Woo". I broke them down to explain how strengths can also be weaknesses. 

Also, make sure to reflect on times when you succeeded and lost. It will help us all be the best we can be.
