Today we take a break from Katie's 911 Investigation to get to know a main character, Lorain County Commissioner David Moore.

Katie continues to discuss the cast of characters who are at the center of Lorain Counties "radio" controversy. These characters have used their offices, local news, social media, safety forces, and politics to divide a county and create chaos all to hide their misdeeds and corruption.

Katie and Karen discuss meeting with Hava Laudon with OPS (Ohio Precinct Strategy). A couple weeks ago I went to the Tea Party meeting in Lorain County where this guy started talking about the precinct strategy.

The precinct strategy was created by Dan Schultz, he wrote a book in 2017 encouraging people to get involved in their County Central Committees. County Central Committee is a fancy way of saying County Party. His idea was if we get control of the local precincts we can then control who we endorse and clean up the party. Pretty simple.

Based on this guys presentation at Lorain County TEA Party I quickly put together he was overcomplicating this strategy… just like someone I had dinner with a few months ago who could not explain the precinct strategy when she was going around the state recruiting people. HAVA LAUDON… legal name Chavvah Laudon.

When his presentation is complete, I confirm he is working with Hava Laudon and I storm out of the meeting. WHY?

Karen & Katie discuss what is not included in the Budget Bill - HB11 - The Back Pack Bill. SB11 - Expanding EdChoice made it. We have Governor Dewine saying he does not support HB11 as it is, but supports something like SB11. Representative Jon Cross has some words for Americans for Prosperity.

We go into where we see the Back Pack Bill going and that it will be rolled out at a later date and who is the most likely Vendor and why.

Karen and Katie interview Ohio House Representative DJ Swearingen, DJ Swearingen voted with twenty two Republicans and the Democrats for Jason Stephens to be Speaker of the House. We ask him the same questions we asked House Representative Dick Stein in our previous interview:

Karen and Katie discuss the Blue 22 with Ohio House Representative Richard Stein representing the 54th District. For those that may not know the Blue 22 are the 22 Republicans that aligned with the Ohio House Democrats to get their speaker Jason Stephens elected as Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives, even though, an informal vote of the caucus named Derrick Merrin as elected Speaker of the Ohio House unofficially.

Mr. Stein discusses what happened from the day of the unofficial vote to the day of the official vote on January 3rd, when 22 Republicans sided with the Democrats. We further discuss how this decision has effected our party and the Constitutional Protection Act that was a priority of the caucus. Mr. Stein also gives great ideas to bring more transparency to the process of voting for a speaker in the Future. We also talk the Back Pack Bill and More!
