Happy Spring!!

At 12:02 I shared about physical *healthy girl habits* that I've implemented over the past two years.

Being a well nourished woman is foundational to assist you hormonally on all levels. I have personally introduced bone broth, raw milk, grass-fed unflavored beef gelatin in my teas and baked treats and grass-fed beef liver to my diet. I also cook with ghee(clarified butter) and organic pasteurized butter to avoid seed oils. I forgot to mention on this episode that I do use extra virgin olive oil from time to time.

In the past few years I haven’t been on a diet, but I’ve managed to lose a substantial amount of weight by learning to eat with my natural hormonal cycle to optimize my metabolism and maintain bodily homeostasis. I don’t calorie restrict at all. I keep it simple focusing on protein, carb, fat - for a balanced diet. I also focus on eating whole foods more than processed foods.

I generally opt for grass-fed beef, organic meats, organic\pasteurized eggs and all but know that there's no need to be dogmatic about it. Consuming more bioavailable foods WHILE listening to how your body responds, is vital if you choose to cycle sync!

I generally eat the same foods during my entire cycle although I consume more beef during the luteal phase to support my iron levels. Eating a high protein and simplistic diet has supported my hormones over the past year in great deal.

In this episode I shared about the benefits of beef, eggs, butter, raw milk and chicken. I hope this episode helps support you on your own personal journey!

Today we're wrapping up the Feminine Reset 4 Day Experience!! I spoke about regulating our emotions and using our ever-changing waves as tools to connect deeper with our people. Tending to our emotionality as woman only needs our willingness to grow in love moment to moment.

The feminine lives in feeling. This is about returning our body back home to homeostasis.

- Can we embrace the penetration and soil of this season?

- Can we allow our waves to initiate us into receiving more from LIFE?

- Can we take radical responsibility for what's moving through us?

Today I shared about cycle syncing and why knowing the language of our body is vital. This is part 3/4 of the Feminine Reset 4 Day Experience.

Cycle syncing is when you change lifestyle habits like your diet, exercise routine, your daily schedule, or social life to match the phases of your menstrual cycle. By doing this, you may become more in-tune with your hormonal needs and better manage your cycle.

My hope is that you continue to stay even more in-tune with your body and listen to the wisdom within you before any information you consume!

For the women who are living in chronic survival model, know that it is safe to rest. It’s safe for you to redefine what productivity means to you - the feminine way, the body-led way.

Expanding our capacity to feel and receive what in our life is penetrating through us, is faith.
