Si vous portez des tatouages sur votre personne, je vous invite à en apprendre un peu plus sur les individus qui dévouent leurs carrières à cette forme artistique.

Episode 41. Anika was the sweetest guest, and it was such a pleasure meeting her to record this podcast! I first discovered her on Instagram, and my sister and I absolutely love her style and her content. I was so excited to have her as a guest!

Episode 37. You already know how much I LOVE discussing with fellow female entrepreneurs, but this episode with Alyssa hits different as she happens to own an agency in the same realm as mine.

Alyssa founded Nomad Cre8tive to support her nomadic lifestyle, and satisfy her entrepreneurial itch. She is extremely well spoken and knowledgeable about running a business, branding and all the things that come with being an entrepreneur.

It was refreshing to chat with someone who has so much experience in the industry, and I’m so grateful I got to connect with Alyssa this way!

Episode 36. I say this a lot, but I think this is my favourite episode I’ve recorded to date. Corry came into the KL Marketing sphere almost a year ago, and I’ve learned a mountain of knowledge since I started working with her to market her professional coach training academy, The Coaching Academy For Leaders.

Corry and I are on the same wave length about a lot of things, and dive into discussions around having qualifications and credentials as a professional, how she built her coaching academy from the ground up, and how professional coach training really does impact your life in a big way.

Episode 35. Kendra brought such a positive energy, and was such a fun guest to have on the podcast! In this episode, she shares her school journey and how she opted to move away from her small home town to pursue her dream career. Kendra shares more details about University life, gaining expertise in the health industry, and opening her own physiotherapy clinic in Hudson. 

We even go into some tangible tips that you can incorporate into your daily routines! Grab your notebooks, this is a good one. 

Episode 34. You guys KNOW that I love fashion and style, and it felt so natural to have Dalveer come on to the podcast. As a fellow young female entrepreneur, we discussed so many hot topics from pursuing your dreams despite being judged, identifying your personal style, and even how everything you see on social media is a highlight reel.

Episode 33. I love having my friends on the podcast! Steph is such a breath of fresh air with such a fun story, and super cool job. I learned so much about her in this episode, and her job description really threw me through a loop!

This episode is a super fun discussion about her work life, and how her sexual orientation impacts her life, with some words of wisdom sprinkled in between. If this one doesn’t inspire you to become a better version of yourself… I don’t know what will!

Episode 32. Joanna McDonald is back on The BYOW Podcast, and this time around, she is offering a powerful guided meditation.

Being a leader and/or entrepreneur is tough!  Holding the space for yourself, your business, your employees and everything else you have going on can be exhilarating but also overwhelming.  Being an effective and proactive leader requires a lot of forward thinking and self-care in order to bring your team to its potential.  Remember, a well-balanced & healthy leader is someone who can be a caring and supportive leader, which in turn creates a healthy work culture that then will increase your bottom line.  It's a definite win-win.

Episode 30. Naturopath, Author and Speaker, Frances Michaelson is a pioneer in the fitness and wellness industry.

In 2008, Frances had “the gut feeling” that there was more to learn about health and how our bodies function, which led her to further her education in the field of Naturopathy she takes a special interest in digestive health, hormonal health, weight loss and auto immune disorders.

Jacobe and I have had very different school and career journeys, and I wanted her to come on and share what that process looked like for her.
