In this episode, I'm sharing the 5 books that have shaped and transformed my perspective of life, love, and the Home. On my journey, I've looked to books and other resources to help me build an environment that would support my dream of a beautiful life. I knew in order to change my reality and the patterns I continuously encountered I need to change my perspective and mindset. I'll be talking about each of the 5 books and the experiences that I was going through as I read them.

In this episode, I'm sharing some of the observations and challenges I've encountered so far in my parenting and reparenting. 

Raising children with such powerful tools as Astrology & Human Design allows for deeper understanding and compassion. These tools have helped me to see myself more clearly so that I can see my children clearly and do my best not to project my past conditioning onto them. 

As we as parents are doing the necessary work to decondition our minds and hearts we still have to simultaneously raise our children to become well-rounded adults. There's often a conflict because the systems that dimmed our shine and harmed our psyche are still alive within our cells. Being aware and awake to the changes needed to raise our children as we re-parent ourselves is truly transformational.

In this episode, I'm reflecting on the first portion of the 90-Day Rebirth/Detox I've mentioned in my IG and newsletter-- 21 Days of Self-Love. Over the last 21 days, since November 11th, I've been working on creating small but powerful pockets of focus on my innermost needs and wants. I got to experience really impactful conversations as well as moments to really dive into my passions. With the intention of practicing self-love as compassion, holding space, and being present, I was able to see things in a new light. Self-love also came in the form of being a calm & safe space for my kids.

I started walking every day— rain, snow, Sun— January 18, 2022. This practice has revealed many things to me and the intentions behind them are more than just walking— it’s freedom, it’s a meditation, it’s movement, it’s reflection, it’s being present and it’s for my overall wellness.

In the beginning months of the global pandemic, I started to see shifts in how I perceived and connected to home. With this new observation, I asked Naïka if I could interview her to see how she has been adjusting to the stay-at-home orders and her overall connection to home. I’ve been exploring definitions lately as a way to piece together a deeper understanding of what words truly mean. With that in mind, I thought it would make sense to let you in on the original inspiration for the title of the podcast to help you see how it all came to be. The name came to me back in 2009 when I was a Senior in high school and it came back into my consciousness back in 2017. The journey here was divinely guided.  

Trying out a new method of expression while also beginning something new. In this episode, I’m sharing with you the process of my newest offering, Visionary Revamp. This offering has grown with me the last 3 years and I finally see where it is leading me. I’ll be officially taking clients mid-April.
