Well, in today's episode I'm sharing with you why stress is a silent killer and how to understand how stress works and affects our body so we can then begin to manage stress with some simple, free ways you can work on reducing stress throughout the day or even just build into your routines so you have a tool in your back pocket for keep your stress at a more tangible level. Although stress is not inherently bad, too much stress over long periods of time can really be detrimental to your health and vitality. Consistency is KEY & here's how!
You know when you start something new, whether it's a health or fitness goal or a learning a new skill, and you start off real strong and then eventually start to taper off or hit a wall? And then when you look to the social media "gods" they all tell you the same thing for how to reach your goals? "Consistency is key!" And then, you say to yourself, ok...but HOW??? Well, I realized that everyone likes to say "be consistent" but no one actually tells you HOW to be or even STAY consistent! So, I thought I would do that for you, boo.
