What Are the Temperaments? What Do They Tell You About Yourself?
Hippocrates was the first to explore the four temperaments and how they affect human behavior. His theory has proven valuable over time, having been adapted for use in many behavioral disciplines. The temperaments, however, aren't just for scientists. They're for you and me as a guide for understanding our tendencies and behaviors and those of others.
How to Dig Deep This Lent
Do you find Lent to be a drudge to get through? Or, do you see it as an opportunity?
Lent provides us with the time and space to look at ourselves through God's eyes so that we can see what we truly need to work on. If we open ourselves to the Holy Spirit, asking him to show us our hearts as the Heavenly Father sees them, we will become transformed in Christ.
This episode touches on three main reasons people hesitate to dig deep - fear, self-doubt, and poor self-image - and how to conquer them.

Finding Peace This Christmas!
Are you having trouble finding peace as Christmas approaches?
We hear about peace all over the place these days - Christmas cards, billboards, movies, music, and even in the news. But do you have peace in your heart? Are you ready for the coming of the Christ Child?
Here are three steps to finding REAL peace this Christmas:
1. Tune out the chaos, noise, busy-ness, disappointments, distractions, and pressure.
2. Focus on what's most important and nothing else. Most of what you think you have to get done before Christmas can be handled after.
3. Remember that no matter what happens, Jesus was born in Bethlehem on the Holy Night. He came to bring us peace, joy, and salvation. Nothing can change that!

Recapture Advent
Do you feel like Advent has run away without you? Well, run after it! Lots of people these days are feeling like Advent has slipped by them. Don't be discouraged! Run after Advent and recapture it by following these three simple points:
1. It's never too late to grab hold of Advent - even if it's December 23!
2. Doing something for Advent is better than doing nothing at all.
3. In the remaining time, choose to do the one thing that is most meaningful to you and commit to doing it daily.
There's still time to make the most of what's left of Advent and prepare your heart for the Christ Child.

You Need SMART Goals!
One of my favorite things to do as a Life Coach is helping clients to set and achieve their goals. It's thrilling to see them grow spiritually and personally and reach the heights they longed for. Goals are vital to our growth and well-being. Without goals, you'll never get anywhere in life. That applies to your work, health, relationships, and even your faith. Goals motivate us and move us forward. Sadly, some people set goals that are too broad or too vague and that are not at all useful. To achieve your hopes and dreams, you need SMART goals. SMART is an acronym that stands for: Specific Measurable Relevant Time-bound In this episode, Marge explains SMART goals and how to use them to your advantage. Why Do Catholics Pray the Rosary?
I’ve been asked countless times, especially by non-Catholic friends and acquaintances, why I pray the Rosary so often. They simply don’t understand this vital and soothing method of prayer. It brings peace, joy, and encouragement to those who pray it. Listen as I explain why the Rosary is so important to our faith and why you should pray it every day.
