The Rights of Parents with Disabilities - A NIDILRR-funded Study

In this episode of NARIC's Spotlight Podcast, Mark Odum, NARIC's Director, shares the findings of a NIDILRR-funded study on the rights of parents with disabilities. Researchers at Parents Empowering Parents: National Research Center for Parents with Disabilities and Their Families, interviewed 19 advocates, attorneys, and legislators who were involved in a variety of ways with state legislation related to parents with disabilities.
