Healthy Self with Food - How to make Seitan (video)
Follow along while I teach you how to make vital wheat gluten dumplings that are called Seitan. This is a product that is high in protein and a replacement for meat. It has a pretty neutral flavor so it is good with sauce added to it like BBQ sauce or Asian flavors like sweet chili sauce. Can be used in dishes like stir fry or BBQ sandwiches. I like to air fry some and each it crunchy.

Here is the recipe for making your own No Knead Sourdough bread.
4 cups of wheat flour *Einkorn, whole wheat, white wheat or white flour all work
2 cups of water
1/4-1/2 cup of sourdough start
2 tsp salt *real salt, Himalayan, pink or mineral salt
I announced the amount of flour in the video incorrectly. It is 4 cups, not 2 cups. Explains why the loaf came out so small, but it still worked :)
