HOW CAN I REMAIN POSITIVE THROUGH TRIALS?
Hi friends! As I've shared recently, my life is currently messy. I am going through more stress than I ever have in one specific season and what better way to handle it than with God and sharing in the brokenness. Please know you are so loved. Your pain does have purpose and can be life giving if you allow it to be. God hears you and He's waiting for you to call upon Him to walk with you through this. Here you'll find 5 very practical steps to begin changing your thoughts from negative to positive, no matter the circumstances in your life.
HOW DID I END UP HERE?
SURPRISE! I had no intention of recording an episode but here I am. I felt like God pushed me into breaking free from some mental blocks I've had about sharing more on my podcast. This episode is super vulnerable. I give you front row seating to how messy my life has been. Please be kind. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you. I am praying that God uses this for his glory and we can break free of some heavy chains together. I have no idea whats next but I trust God.
EPISODE 1 | MY TESTIMONY
This episode goes into detail about suicide, addiction, mental illness, and more. Please use discretion when listening.
WELCOME TO SEASON 2!

EPISODE 11| YOU WANT TO HEAL, NOW WHAT?
Just like the last episode, this one is rough. This episode talks heavily about the process I took to work towards healing. Healing is not linear and there is not a one size fits all. This is my experience as I walk through this journey in my personal life, right now. This episode does talk about trauma, addiction, suicide, and more. Please use discretion while listening, if you are not in a good place mentally come back to this episode another time.
It seems as if I have a ton of background noise in this episode and I am so sorry! This is raw and unedited, recorded live right from my dining room table. Thank you so much to all who listen. I appreciate you all so much. You are a bright part of what is one of the darkest times in my life and I am so very thankful for each of you. Truly.
EPISODE 10| CHILDHOOD TRAUMA + PARENTING
I am in a place where my goal and priority is to heal so that I don't ruin my relationships with my daughters. My intention is never to hurt or shame anyone but to heal me. Finally.
EPISODE 9| MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT LIVING WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS
I am so glad to be recording today! It was a very random thought I had when waking up this morning! I am so thankful so many of you wanted more episodes from me and I cannot wait to connect and discuss what life is like living with chronic illness.
I am not sure what type of schedule I will be on as far as posting goes but I am grateful for the opportunity to speak on these really great misconceptions about living life with chronic illness.
As always this video is unedited! If you noticed long pauses, changes in volume, or static it's because this podcast is the raw and original recording.
I appreciate all of you so much. Thank you for being part of my support system. You truly are so loved.
EPISODE 8| WHAT A YEAR - ALL THINGS CHURCH HURT, REFLECTIONS, AND GOALS FOR 2023
