8 "Make Time" Part 4 - How to get more energy when you have very little energy to begin with!

In this podcast series “Make Time”, I review the book “Make Time – How to Focus on What Matters Every Day” by Jake Knapp and John Zeratsky (affiliate link).

Making Time is just 4 easy steps:

  1. Highlight
  2. Laser
  3. Energise
  4. Reflect

In this episode, I go over the different tactics in the book to get more ENERGISED by using the body to recharge the brain, so you can achieve focus and make time for what matters most to you.

I have planner insert printable downloads that include parts of the 4 daily frameworks it talks about in the book to help plan your day and make time for what matters most. Check the planner inserts right here.

Make sure to come back for future “Make Time” episodes where I go through my key learning from the book and how I experiment and implement the framework in this book in my day-to-day planning.

1: "Show Your Work!" Part 1

In this first podcast, I share how the new changes made to our household created new worries and doubts that were eating up my thoughts.

As a result, I created a Worry Log printable download so I can write down all the worries and doubts that were in my head. You can find that printable download in my shop marianecresp.com - click here.

And one of the action steps I wrote to help keep the worries at bay was to re-read a book called "Show You Work" by Austin Kleon (Amazon affiliate link)

In this podcast, I share the first 3 ways you can share your creativity and get discovered.

Thanks for listening, I appreciate you!
