Leaders (and non leaders) get triggered...all day long! And sometimes, are not able to keep it together. Which often results in losing it-- irritation, lashing out, sarcasm, fury, making out-of-alignment decisions, and "adult temper tantrums". Not cool.

Use this very quick and simple breathing technique to keep your cool without anyone noticing! Before things get out of hand. Even Chris Hemsworth uses this technique (as seen on National Geographic's "Limitless")!

Ep. 4 - "Presence" w/ Heidi Frye

Ep. 4 - "Presence" w/ Heidi Frye

  • Presence is when you are completely in the moment, “in flow”, and completely engaged. Not thinking about the past or the future, you are IN THE ZONE and balanced. You trust yourself to handle the moment appropriately, and you are a better version of yourself.
  • Reduce your stress by practicing the presence exercise highlighted in the podcast.
