Howard Cooper is known for helping people create RAPID shifts in their thinking and over the last 20 years he has worked with 1000s of individuals. He rejects the notion that deep & lasting change has to take a long time and, over the years he's seen some incredible transformations. He has worked on ‘Virgin Atlantic’s Flying Without Fear' course, writes magazine columns, talks about change on LBC and even hosts his own podcast (Rapid Change Matters) to name a few. All this has gone into the “melting pot” that is Howard’s experience which he is now keen to share with others in the business.

Howard chats with Nick about how clients often get in their own way, Meta suggestions and the Willingness ladder, an approach to change work that has gained plaudits for the hypnosis community.

For the second episode of this Hypnosis Discussion Network podcast, Nick is joined by top magician and performance hypnotist James Brown, discussing the topic “Have some of us fallen for our own illusions?” expanding on the illusion and self-delusions many subjects and hypnotists alike have of the perceived power and control the operator posseses (drawing parallels with the world of magic). 

James has gained a reputation for not only being a polished performer and highly skilled hypnotist, but of being an individual of great personal integrity who speaks passionately about how some of his fellow professionals can do better. This passion and decency are demonstrated throughout this fascinating conversation.
