Weymouth have for the second year running have been shortlisted for an accolade at the Women's Football Awards! Both times The Terras have been nominated for the 'grassroots initiative of the year.' This year Weymouth must beat 10 other nominees, including Disney and big name clubs Chelsea and Fulham. Let's all get behind them and let's vote for them!
After meeting some of the team let's reward their extraordinary enthusiasm, team spirit and inspirational life-changing participation with as many votes as we can!

Sea Shanty crew the Wareham Whalers will be performing in Weymouth to celebrate 200 years of the RNLI!
We have something very big to shout about!
The 'SHOUT' Concert, Celebrating 200 years of the RNLI with readings and songs is coming to Weymouth, thanks to sea shanty crew the Wareham Whalers!
I was lucky enough to speak to one of its shanty singing crew, Alan Twelftree and find out more about this charity fundraising event.

According to one lucky lady that has already seen the concert, she said: "Wareham Whalers you rock! The Shout is a fantastic show, telling the story of the RNLI. Anyone who hasn't seen it, should get tickets, you'll love it! The Highcliffe venue was buzzing!"
