A Gratitude Meditation for Our Beautiful Bodies.
Here's a snippet.
"Come into your body and notice how beautiful, how strong your body is to have carried you all this time, however many years you have been on this planet, and recognize the absolute greatness of a body that can function in the way that your body does. It's a miracle that we have bodies that we carry around this planet that can hold so much, that can give someone a warm embrace, a big smile, that can be a presence here on Earth, a positive, radiant, beautiful presence.
And just feeling that gratitude for all that you are, all that you have been throughout your beautiful lifetime, feeling so grateful for every single cell that is radiating now in your body, feeling the appreciation of who you are."

This quick 8-minute meditation was the first meditation I delivered in my 5-Day Challenge to Boost Lifespan, Mindspan and Joyspan. "Notice that this whole conversation of longevity is answered already. We do live forever. Our soul, our spirit, our very being lives forever. It's only the physical body that is here for a short time. Connect with that energy of you, the beingness of you, the spirit and soul that is yours forever, for all eternity, that always was here and always will be here. Even if you don't understand it, even if it doesn't make sense to you, notice that we are part of the mind of God, part of His creation, that our love has always been and will always be, that there is an essence of us that lives on forever. Take a few deep breaths in, breathing in the light, bring that soul energy now into your body, remembering who you really are, remembering how expanded you really are, how great you really are, how big your energy really is, how far it can reach across time and space. And bringing that energy of you, that soul into the cells of your body to heal anything that needs to be healed right now."

Carla Trigo Interview | Biographical Counselling and Art Therapy
On Tuesday, 10th October, I got to interview this beautiful, gentle being of light.
Carla Trigo is a Naturopathic Doctor, Biographical Counsellor and Art Therapist, who also uses Human Design and Gene Keys to help her clients.
Here's the part of the interview when I asked Carla what biographical counselling is:
"We are souls and we are incarnated into certain moments. So yes, the date of birth and all that is very important because that's exactly the way you're going to land in this earth with a sense of your life past.
So it's very karmatic. And every seven years of the cycle of the person, things happen.
And if the laws are not applied towards the development, for example, of the physical body, right, then the mental or the neurological pole is not going to be so healthy.
So when you understand your own story, every seven years of the path of the person, then you can comprehend the mirrors and the lacks or the leaks of your own vessel.
And then put into the healing process and awareness, what is going on.
It's based in anthroposophy, it's based in Kabbalah, it's based in many other stuff that I use as a part of my private consultations. And sometimes I reinforce it with a Zodiac because it's part of our incarnation, and as well, of course, human design and gene keys if it's needed, but mostly with the influence of the Zodiac and the laws that are in incarnation and karma and how these works through the relationships, which is fascinating...
Oh my goodness, it's like oh, people, be with me always and just do the work and just connect with that essence and shoo, it's going to shift completely the perception of your life.
And then the gates are going to open for you, right?
The right relationships, abundant money, calmness, inner peace, sense of purpose and mission comes easily because we are not hustling anymore.
It's just, you are coming home somehow. Yeah, I'm passionate. I love it. "

On Friday, 29th September 2023, I interviewed the beautiful Kelz Allen on Soulful Hypnotherapy and Healing.
Here's a short excerpt from our interview.
Kelz Allen:Â I am a soulful hypnotherapist and a multidimensional healer.Â
I started off as a clinical hypnotherapist. But I missed my magic. I missed the spiritual side. So I now combine the two.Â
We still have elements of clinical hypnotherapy within it, but we do it in a spiritual way.
We look at inner child healing or past life, we do a lot of energy healing through hypnotherapy.
So it really makes for a powerful, powerful session.
I mainly work with women who have been through trauma, childhood abuse, domestic violence, and any kind of trauma that they feel that's holding them back.
And it could be small, you know, little traumas, but you still have that element of limiting beliefs and subconscious blocks and not able to, to live the life that they are meant to, you know?Â
So it's really clearing, healing negative self-talk, really working through all of that so that they can live a beautiful life, a life of freedom and feel safe.ďťż

Guided Meditation for Reversing Your Age
This guided meditation is for reversing your age and creating a body that is healthy, vital and well.
This meditation is inspired by one of Jeffrey Allen's meditations in his Course on MindValley, Unlocking Transcendence.
It is a meditation that you can do as often as you like, as often as it feels good.
I invite you to sit or lie in a way that is comfortable for you.
This is your space. This is your time.
The idea is you want to be as comfortable as possible so that you can relax really, really deeply, into your unconscious mind and also to the place where you can access the superconscious mind or the God-consciousness.
Miracles can take place in your body if you can just come with that openness, an open heart and an open mind.
You can create miracles in your body when you access the superconscious mind, your God mind, or the Mind of the Creator, the Heart of the Creator.
One thing to remember is I cannot heal you any more than I can digest the lunch that you just had. You are going to digest your own food. You are responsible for your body.
However, I can help facilitate your healing by just getting you into a very relaxed and receptive state.
We're working with energy healing when we're doing this work and energy healing works miraculously and works really differently to the way our cognitive mind works or conscious mind works.
This is an energy-healing meditation for reversing your age and making you feel fantastic.

What is the Law of Attraction? | And How to Use It FOR You
What is the law of attraction? Â
The law of attraction is what you focus on is what you will attract into your life. Â Â That sounds really, really simple, and it is. Â Â Â
However, most of the time, without realizing it, innocently, we are not focusing on what we want to attract in our life. Â Â
We are focusing on all the things we don't have, or all the things we want, but still do not have, and we're not focusing on what we have. Â
And we are not understanding that the minute we put a desire out into the universe, it is already responding and bringing that towards us. Â Â
Okay, so let's just dial back a little bit. Â When you focus on something we're talking about what you think about what, you speak about, and the emotions you have, especially very strong emotions that you might have about something. Â Â
So if you have stronger emotions about not having, than the emotion of having what you want, then that will override the thing that you want. You're worrying about what isn't there, rather than thinking about what it will be like when you have what you desire. Â Â
So, how do we change that?
Every time you get a thought, worry, concern, every time you hear yourself complaining or moaning about something that you do not want, every time you feel a negative emotion, I want you to have a little pattern interrupt. Â Â
The minute that you start getting an unhappy thought about it... if we go into the worry and the stress and the drama of not having, first of all, we lose the excitement and joy and secondly, we stop any chance of us having another day like that in the future because now it's become a concern, it's become a worry, it's become a stress to us to go out and have that much fun.
As we do things that give us pleasure and light us up, we are no longer thinking about the things that are bothering us, that are worrying us, and that are stressing us. Â Â
It's impossible to have two thoughts happening at the same time, or two emotions going at the same time.
You're either worrying or you are happy and in delight. Â And the more that you can live in the delight, in the fun, in the glory, and the joy of it all, the more you can really get in touch with feeling good, the more you can attract good things towards you.
In this episode, you'll learn a simple tool you can use to focus more on what you desire, rather than what's worrying you.

Thanksgiving Meditation Â
As we head into Thanksgiving today, I invite you to consider the effect of gratitude on your mood, how you feel when you express your gratitude, when you start thinking of things that you're grateful for, when you are mindful of the things you're grateful for, because the effect of gratitude can be absolutely incredible. Â Â
I'm here in South Africa, I'm not even in America, and yet over the last few days I've been having gratitude bubbling up in my body. Â Â
There is a global consciousness of Thanksgiving at this time of Thanksgiving. Â Â
I invite you to come with me on a little journey of gratitude as we do a meditation that will take you into the stillness and into that place of joy you feel when you are focusing on gratitude.Â
When your focus is on gratitude, there is a shift that happens, and I'd like you to really feel that shift with me today, and perhaps it'll help you as you consider exactly what it is you are thankful for. Â Â

Meditation for Expansion | Expanding the Heart
This meditation is for expansion. Â
We are going to expand our energy. Â We're going to expand our mind. Â
We're going to expand our heart and touch consciousness - super consciousness. Â
Start by getting as comfortable as possible, either sitting or lying down.Â
Find a position where you can rest and still the mind. Â Â
Now that you're comfortable, we're going to start with some slow breathing. Â Â
Remember, this is your time.Â
There is no reason to think of anything or do anything.Â
Put all that aside just for a few minutes and give yourself the gift of this time that is just for you.
Very gently, put those thoughts aside.
 Breathing in and out in your own time, allowing yourself to focus on the breath.Â
Do a few rounds of gentle breathing. Just to come to that still point.Â
If thoughts come, gently let them go. No effort required whatsoever.
And now you can gently bring your attention to your heart.
And now, imagine a vortex of energy spinning inside the heart in a clockwise direction.Â
You can either see it just as a circle or as a figure of eight, the infinity sign, whatever feels most comfortable to you.Â
Just vortexing energy spinning around the heart, and as you see that energy spinning, now see the energy radiating out from the heart, out of your body, into the space around you, the energy swirling around you, and expanding outwards.
The energy of love, the energy of forgiveness, the energy of gentleness, the energy of pure, pure love.
Now feel your heart energy expanding further out into the room that you're in, expanding out into the building that you might be in right now.
Feel it expanding now into the town or suburb or city that you are in, into all the other homes and gardens.Â
Feel your heart, this loving energy expanding out into the very continent that you're in, and now further, over the seas, over the mountains, over the lands, into all the other continents until you've reached every single part of planet Earth with your loving energy. Â
Feel your love impacting all the beautiful people and creatures and plants and trees that live on this planet. Â
Feel your loving energy expanding right out and now feel your energy leaving the planet and expanding out into the universe. Â Â
Feel it dancing with the stars and expanding out to reach those planets and the sun, feel your energy out in the Milky Way, and then reaching out into other galaxies, feel your energy expanding out to the edges of the universe and then beyond, beyond, beyond the edges of the universe. Â Â
Feel it reaching the Creator. Feel it reaching the Superconscious. Feel it reaching the Heart Consciousness that holds this planet and feel yourself becoming or recognizing, or remembering that you are part of the mind of God.Â
Feel your heart energy fully expanded, and feel how gentle, loving, light and joyful that feels. Â
 And now bring this energy back into your body, through the hearts of others, and into your heart.Â
Feel the love. Â Feel the love, feel the love radiating out, feel the love radiating in.Â
Feel yourself radiating with this pure, pure love. Â And remember that you can carry this love with you everywhere you go today. Â
Carry it into anything you do today, keep this expanded, loving, gentle energy with you.

I Am An Infinite Being | Morning Pep Talk
When I reached my first 100 subscribers, I polled the lovely ladies in Mindful Metamorphosis, asking what kind of content they would like me to create for them next.

I am an infinite being in an infinite universe.
I have infinite possibilities and infinite opportunities.
I am infinitely capable of taking those opportunities in both hands.
I live life with open arms.
I live life with an open heart.
I live life with an open mind.
I am open.
I am infinite.
I live in an infinite universe.
I am an infinite being.
I am infinitely capable of having the life of my dreams.
I can choose differently today than I chose yesterday.
I have infinite possibilities at my disposal.
I have infinite opportunities coming my way.
Just like the infinite grains of sand on the beach, I know that there is infinite abundance available to me now.
I can take anything I choose.
I can share the light and love that I have.
I have so much love in my heart to share.
I have so much light in my soul to give to this world.
I can be the light.
Just by my smile, I can make people smile.
I can influence others around me.
My love has impact.
The light and joy that I have inside me impacts those around me.
I am an influencer.
I am unstoppable.
I am capable of moving mountains in my life.
I am a sunshine being and people love to be around me.
People love my energy.
They love the energy that I give out because I'm smiling, I'm laughing.
I share my sunshine spirit with this world.
I am here for others.
I am grateful. I am thankful.
I notice all the things I have.
I can experience all my senses.
I can smell, I can touch, I can taste I can feel.
I can hear all the things around me, the birds tweeting and the wind moving.
I can see the beauty that is around me...
I go about my day seeing opportunities, possibilities, blessings and miracles.
I go about my day grateful for everything that is out there.
I am grateful. I am light. I am love.

Step 2. Remember The Magic by counting the blessings of yesterday and writing them down. Ask yourself the question:
What are the good things that happened yesterday?
Scan the surface of yesterday until you feel satisfied that you've remembered and written down all the blessings of the day.
Step 3. As you remember each one, simply say the magic words, thank you, for it in your mind.
Step 4. After today, you can do this practice as a written list or out loud or in your mind. You can make a quick list of all the things you're grateful for about yesterday or make a shorter and more detailed list and say why you're grateful for them.
Step 5. Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in one hand, and say the magic words, thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.

Step 3. Close your eyes and for one minute, visualize the person's health, wealth or happiness has been fully restored and you're receiving the news.
Step 4. Open your eyes, and look at the photo, saying the magic words slowly:

Step 5. Then, move on to the next person, and do the same, until you've finished the Magic Wand practice for all three people.

Step 4. At the end of today, keep your Magic Cheque in a prominent place where you will see it daily. When you have received the money or item related to this cheque, write out a new amount for something else you want, and repeat steps 1-3.

Welcome to Day 6 of the Magic Gratitude Challenge: MAGIC MONEY
Here's Your Homework for Day 6: MAGIC MONEY
Remember to Count Your Blessings first thing in the morning and do your Magic Rock exercise last thing at night.
Step 1. Recall all the things that were provided for you during your childhood.
Step 2. As you think of each one, feel deeply grateful with all your heart for each childhood blessing.
Step 3. Take a dollar bill or other small bill and add a sticker with these words:Â
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY IâVE BEEN GIVEN THROUGHOUT MY LIFE.
Step 4. Put your Magic Dollar Bill in your purse or wallet and take it out as often as you like to read the sentence. As you do, feel truly grateful for the abundance of money youâve been given throughout your life.
Step 5. After today, keep doing this whenever you remember.
Bonus Step: Say this affirmation a few times a day:
Money always finds me, money always finds my family.

NB. Please continue with the daily practice of counting your blessings in the morning and being grateful for the best thing that happened in your day at night.
Step 1. Read through the paragraphs about the health of your body. After each line in italics, close your eyes and mentally repeat the line, feeling as grateful as you can for that part of your body.
Step 2. Listen to Ayala's Meditation on Physical Wellness, where she takes you through the 6 most important organs in your body.
Here's where you can find the meditation:Â
Step 3. Take a piece of paper or card and write on it in big bold letters: THE GIFT OF HEALTH IS KEEPING ME ALIVE
Step 4. Place the paper or card where you can see it throughout the day.
Step 5. Read it out to yourself at least 4 times today, feeling as grateful as you can for the precious gift of health.

Here's the Homework for today.
Step 1. Write 10 blessings and why you're grateful for each one, then read them through and say thank you, thank you, thank you.
Step 2. Choose three of your closest relationships and find a photograph of each person.
Step 3. With the photo in front of you, write five things you're most grateful for about each person.
Step 4. Begin each sentence with the magic words, thank you, and include their name and what youâre specifically grateful for.
Step 5. Look at the photographs on at least three occasions during the day, speak to the person's face in the photograph, and thank them by saying the magic words, thank you, and their name.
Step 6. Before you go to sleep, take your Magic Rock in one hand and say the magic words, thank you for the best thing that happened during the day.

Some helpful suggestions: I recommend getting a pretty notebook or journal for the Challenge though it's not a must.Â
However, please don't use this as an excuse to procrastinate - the trick is to just GET STARTED!

Feel free to write your list any way you like:
- You can scribble down your ideas as you would when journaling or doing morning pages.

- You can find a bunch of lovely pictures and create a dream board.
- You can create a voice note on your phone and talk through all your ideas (use your phone as a dictaphone).
- You can create a video of your dreams to watch whenever you want to feel inspired.
Most importantly, have fun with this process!
