UW Oshkosh Acting Chief of Police, Chris Tarmann, Dr. Joseph Peterson, a Geology Professor at UW Oshkosh, and UW Oshkosh Training Sergeant Chance Duenkel, discuss survival strategies for community members who are faced with an active threat situation. Dr. Peterson shares portions of his experience and police personnel talk about Run. Hide. Fight., medical skills to save someone's life and what it looks like when police show up on scene.
